Ingredients: 1.5 oz Ardbeg 10-Year-Old; .25 oz Maple syrup (increase to .5 oz to taste); .5 oz Amaro; Angostura bitters; Gingersnap cookies (side); Orange twist (garnish)

Ingredients

1.5 oz Ardbeg 10-Year-Old
.25 oz Maple syrup increase to .5 oz to taste
.5 oz Amaro
Angostura bitters
Gingersnap cookies side
Orange twist garnish

Instructions

Build cocktail in a highball glass with ice
Stir ingredients together
Garnish with an orange twist
Serve with gingersnap cookies
