Mark is a weekend pit master, adventure rider, and music junkie. For over 10 years he has devoted his time to cooking delicious foods and mastering the dark art of pellet smokers. He spends his other fleeting free time riding back roads, and attending concerts. He is a Southern California native and currently lives in Orange County with his family.
